7. Eligibility of Right to Work in the UK

From 1 October 2026, the Right to Work Scheme is being extended to cover additional working arrangements, with new provisions for extended liability in certain contractual arrangements.

This practical resource bundle provides the guidance and tools organisations need to understand the changes, identify when Right to Work checks may be required and take appropriate steps to help prevent illegal working.
